BC Golf and Pacific Sport Fraser Valley are bringing a 2 session Nutrition Seminar series April 19th and 26th at 7pm to all BC Golf Juniors and their parents. All sessions are free and over zoom. The zoom link will be sent to you after registration. 

 

Both sessions will be brought to you by Claudia Lemay, RD, True Health Nutrition. Seminars hosted by Colin Lavers, Head Performance Coach and Nick Mueller, Kinesiologist. 

 

Session One, April 19th, 7pm:

Learn how to fuel your body with the good and avoid the bad. 

 

Session Two, April 26th, 7pm:

Join us to learn concrete information on how and when you fuel your body for competition.

How to fuel your body 72, 48 and 24 hours before competition.

Making a nutrition plan for on the course.
